Khanh Hoa Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee organized the program "Spring of Love and Solidarity New Year 2025", giving gifts to disadvantaged families in the mountainous Khanh Vinh District on January 15. Present at the event were Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Thu Mai, Member of Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Committee, Chairperson of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and a sponsor representative and Le Hong Thuy Tien, General Director of Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG).

Meaningful gifts
Early in the morning, on January 15, residents from localities in Khanh Vinh District were present at Khanh Vinh District Party Committee hall to participate in the program "Spring of Love and Solidarity 2025". 150 gifts sponsored by the IPPG were given to the poor, and policy families. Each gift was worth VND1 million, including VND700,000 in cash and necessities.
Ho Oanh (Ta Goc Village, Khanh Thuong Commune) said, "I was worried about all the family expenses for the approaching New Year. I’m so happy to receive the gift. I will buy some more meat and sticky rice to make Vietnamese chung cakes and new clothes for the Lunar New Year holiday.”
Receiving the Tet gift, Cao Thi Mai (Group 3, Khanh Vinh Town) felt touched saying “My husband passed away young, I raised 2 children alone. The 2 older children have married, but life is still hard. I am staying with my youngest child, who is studying at Khanh Vinh District Boarding Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities. In addition to managing my 3-rod farm, I also take on various jobs. However, due to frequent illness, my income remains unstable. Receiving a meaningful Tet gift brings immense joy and support to people like us who are in need."
Thousands of gifts for the poor
At the program, Le Hong Thuy Tien affirms, “In addition to meeting business goals, Imex Pan Pacific Group always considers corporate responsibility for the community as an inseparable core value through social security programs. I was deeply moved while accompanying the provincial leaders in distributing Tet gifts to the poor and policy families in Khanh Hoa Province, the hometown of Group Chairman Johnathan Hanh Nguyen. We hope to continue our efforts for the community's welfare, ensuring social security and promoting economic development, contributing to building a humane and sustainable society."

Reportedly, the IPPG organizes charity activities every Lunar New Year to join efforts to care for the needy. In Khanh Hoa Province alone, the IPPG donated 3,000 New Year gifts totaling VND3 billion to the needy and policy beneficiaries.
Thanks to the funding, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has allocated 850 gifts to Khanh Vinh, 950 to Khanh Son, 350 to Ninh Hoa Town; 200 each to Cam Ranh City and Van Ninh District; 150 each to Nha Trang City, Cam Lam District and Dien Khanh District. Besides, the IPPG also donated VND3 billion to the provincial social security program 2025.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province used the "For the Poor" Fund and the support of businesses to present 5,830 Tet gifts with a total value of VND5.2 billion and 38.7 tons of rice to the disadvantaged and poor patients at hospitals, social work centers, non-public humanitarian charity establishments... fund home repair for 790 families before Tet.
