Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee welcomes General Director of Hyundai Mipo

Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial People’s Committee welcomed Kim Hyun Kwan, General Director of Hyundai Mipo, a parent company of HD Hyundai Vietnam headquartered in Ulsan City (South Korea) on February 27.

Hyun Kwan expressed his appreciation for the assistance of HD Hyundai Mipo, especially in creating long-term connection between Khanh Hoa and Ulsan for the company’s production and business; and the desire to expand the company’s production in Khanh Hoa to increase the competitiveness of Hyundai's shipbuilding. Hyundai Mipo considers HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. as a typical example of success and will focus on investment to promote the development of the company in the coming time.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan affirmed Hyundai’s contribution to the provincial development, especially in creating jobs and improving workers’ lives; and hoped HD Hyundai Mipo would continue developing further. He mentioned that the province would  consider the proposal on expanding the factory of HD Hyundai Shipbuilding factory and facilitate the company in manufacturing and business in Khanh Hoa.
