According to Kim Jeong Bae, Director of Komega-X Co., Ltd., which specializes in manufacturing sports products such as gloves, ice skates, and clothes, its main markets are the US and Canada. In spite of business difficulties in 2024, the company ensured full employee benefits with an average income of more than VND5 million/person/month. Recognizing that employees play an important role in its development, the company consistently prioritizes workers’ material and spiritual well-being. Beyond ensuring standard benefits, the company also provides bonuses and gifts to all employees during national holidays.
In recent years, the French Female Apparel Development Company has encountered many difficulties due to the decline in the markets in US, Canada, Japan, etc. However, the company has still made efforts to ensure the maintenance of jobs, income, benefits and welfare for employees.
According to Vo Son, Deputy General Director of the company, in 2024, thanks to the support of the group, employee benefits were maintained. During the 2025 Tet holiday, the company provided bonuses for over 500 employees. In 2025, with coordinated support from the group, the company began production early in the year and planned to recruit more employees. With positive signals at the start of 2025, employee incomes are expected to improve compared to 2024.

According to Bui Ba Thuc, the Deputy General Director of the company, in 2025, the company aims to process more than 600,000 tons of sugarcane, expand raw material areas, and increase exports. Ensuring employee welfare is both a responsibility and critical to the sustainable development of the enterprise.

According to business leaders, in recent years, the Trade Union at all levels has consistently supported enterprises in ensuring the rights and benefits of union members and workers; and closely assessed workers’ expectations and aspirations to maintain a harmonious and productive working relationship.
The Union has also proposed many solutions and reasonable welfare regimes for employees for enterprises to sign and implement through collective labor agreements for better care for employees, helping to retain employees and promote their contribution to the sustainable development of their companies.
Every year, the grassroots trade union also coordinates with enterprises to organize many recreational and entertainment activities; and to propagate the law among employees. Especially, the Trade Union gives gifts and holds many activities to support employees on national holidays, ensuring that no one is left behind.
According to Phan Thanh Liem, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, in recent years, enterprises in the province have made efforts to create jobs, income and care for the material and spiritual life of workers, contributing to promoting a productive work environment and harmonious labor relationships.
To encourage businesses and workers, in the first days of 2025, the Provincial Federation of Labor paid New Year visits to businesses and presented 250 gifts worth VND500,000 each to workers at 5 businesses. In the new year, businesses have received new orders, increased employment and set higher growth targets and increased employee benefits.
In 2025, the Trade Union will continue to take measures to improve the care for its members and improve the quality of activities at enterprise-based trade unions. Several activities will be organized to bring sustainable benefits to union members and workers.
The Provincial Federation of Labor also hopes that enterprises will continue to innovate management, expand markets, and apply technology to reduce labor costs and increase work efficiency. Additionally, they should coordinate with the Trade Union at all levels to organize several activities to improve workers' lives.
