100 people join International Day of Zero Waste clean-up

Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Luong Commune, Nha Trang City, presided over and coordinated with associations and organizations in the commune to join a clean-up day in Van Dang 2 embankment area, Vinh Luong Commune, in response to the International Day of Zero Waste on March 30.

After nearly 2 hours, the cadres, youth union members, residents and staff of Six Senses Ninh Van Bay Resort had picked up trash, mostly plastic bags and nearly 15kg of used batteries, in the embankment area.

On this occasion, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay Resort offered Vinh Luong Commune 2 heart-shaped trash bins placed along the beach and 10 cloth bags to families that collected a large amount of disposed batteries.
