Entrepreneur Coffee Program 2025

Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Finance coordinated with Khanh Hoa Young Entrepreneurs’ Association to organize the Entrepreneur Coffee Program in the first quarter of 2025 themed "Promoting the private economy, Opportunities and Challenges" on March 15. Present at the event were Dinh Van Thieu, Vice-Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and young entrepreneurs in the Central Region and the Highlands.

During the program, nearly 150 business leaders from the province shared insights and suggestions to foster the growth of the private economy. Key topics included leveraging the current "golden population" period to boost production and business activities before Vietnam transitions into an "aging population" phase, and cultivating a healthy "corporate culture" to ensure a productive working environment.

In addition, entrepreneurs discussed changing some mindsets and skills to adapt to the general progress and development trends of the market mechanism; increasing the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence in production and business, etc.

Additionally, entrepreneurs discussed the need to shift certain mindsets and enhance skills to align with the overarching progress and evolving trends of the market mechanism. They also emphasized boosting the adoption of digital technology and artificial intelligence in production and business operations, among other initiatives.

Speaking at the program, Vice-Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Thieu highly appreciated the contributions of entrepreneurs and enterprises to the local socio-economic development; gave some preliminary information on the province's growth scenario and targets for 2025 and orientation to 2030.

In 2025, the province will continue to proceed with finalizing its planning initiatives, operationalize strategic highways, and attract significant investments in industries such as education, tourism, and real estate. Consequently, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized the importance of entrepreneurs preparing robust production and business plans, ensuring the availability of high-quality human resources and materials to effectively attract large-scale investors, etc.
