Provincial delegation pays working visit to Urban Monitoring Center of Saint Petersburg City, Russia

Within the framework of a working trip to the Russia, Khanh Hoa Provincial delegation led by Nguyen Khac Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People’s Council, Secretary of Provincial Party Agencies paid a working visit to Urban Monitoring Center of Saint Petersburg City, Russia on March 12.

Working with the delegation were Kuzmin Dmitrii Vasilievich, Deputy Chairman of the Communications Committee and Pronichkin Aleksei Sergeevich, Director in charge of international projects for the Communications Committee of Saint Petersburg City.

Nguyen Khac Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee offers a souvenir to Saint Petersburg City Urban Monitoring Center.

At the meeting, leaders of the Saint Petersburg City Urban Monitoring Center introduced some information systems of the city such as public monitoring system, centralized information receiving and processing system, safe city management system, etc. which apply advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data and so on.

At the meeting, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Khac Toan thanked the leaders of the Urban Monitoring Center of Saint Petersburg City for sharing many smart urban development solutions and hoped that Khanh Hoa Province and Saint Petersburg City will strengthen cooperation and share experience in applying information technology in urban management in the coming time.
