The 2025 Vietnam Women's Union activities is themed "Empowering women to part in and strengthen the Party and political system, embracing a new era of national growth."
According to Nguyen Quynh Nga, Chairperson of the Provincial Women's Union, to empower women in political and organizational roles, in recent times, the Women's Union at all levels in the province has strengthened training, raising the capacity of officials to get engaged in political tasks in the locality.
Since 2021, the union at all levels has organized nearly 1,810 training courses to improve professional skills and knowledge for more than 112,430 female cadres and members. As a result, 1,140 outstanding women were recommended for Party membership, with 700 of them already admitted.

Each year, the Provincial Women's Union launches inspiring emulation campaigns to empower and support women in various aspects of development. Examples of recent campaigns include "Khanh Hoa women: united, dynamic, and creative in promoting sustainable development" (2022); "Khanh Hoa women: dynamic, creative driving efforts toward a prosperous, beautiful, and civilized province." (2023), "Khanh Hoa women: dynamic, creative and inspired to reach new heights (2024); directing all levels of the association to implement emulation campaigns launched by local Party committees and authorities, contributing to the implementation of local socio-economic development targets. Thereby, many positive results have been achieved, highly appreciated by Party committees and authorities.
In 2025, the Women's Unions at all levels will continue to proactively implement tasks, programs and activities to contribute to the effective implementation of national target programs in the province, especially the implementation of the Politburo's Resolution No. 09 on the construction and development of Khanh Hoa Province till 2030 with a vision till 2045. Accordingly, women's unions at all levels will continue to effectively implement the Campaign to enhance Vietnamese family values associated with building new rural areas and civilized urban areas in the locality; campaigns to support women in economic development and sustainable poverty reduction; strengthen the application of information technology in activities as well as in propaganda and urge women members to apply science and technology in production and business, contributing to the implementation of the province's double-digit economic growth target in 2025.
To make achievements to mark the Party congress at all levels, towards the 19th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union at all levels has launched an emulation campaign. Notably, the Union has provided opinions to the documents of the Party Congress at all levels for the 2025–2030 term, as well as the 14th National Congress of the Party. Additionally, it has engaged in monitoring, offering social criticism, and providing feedback on local programs and plans. The Union has also intensified efforts to educate members about the Party's policies, guidelines, and congress objectives, thereby contributing to political and ideological stability and security at the grassroots level.
Furthermore, each association will undertake specific projects and initiatives aligned with local socio-economic development goals. They include building homes for disadvantaged families, providing means of livelihood for women in need, creating flower-lined and national flag roads, implementing lighting projects, and promoting initiatives for a green, clean and beautiful environment.
