85 compete in Singapore and Asian Schools Math Olympiad 2025 at Nha Trang Examination Council

Kien Gia Math Center, Nha Trang City, jointly with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, National Ho Chi Minh City University, held the Singapore and Asian Schools Math Olympiad (SASMO) 2025 at Nha Trang Examination Council on April 6.

The contest opened to grades 2 to 10 from the 2 provinces of Khanh Hoa and Phu Yen. The test contained 25 questions, including 15 multiple-choice questions in English and Vietnamese.

SASMO is one of the prestigious international math competitions, expanding to many countries. In Nha Trang City, the competition has been jointly organized since 2020, becoming an intellectual playground for students to showcase their mathematical talents. The 2025 contest saw the participation of as many as 5,800 students from 10 provinces and cities across Vietnam.
