Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the regular Government meeting of March on April 6. The event was hosted at the Government headquarters and virtually connected to centrally-run cities and provinces.
Virtually present at the session in Khanh Hoa were Nguyen Khac Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People’s Council, Secretary of Provincial Party Agencies; Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial People’s Committee; Le Huu Hoang, Member of Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Party Committee, Standing Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee; and Tran Hoa Nam, Vice-Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee.
At the meeting, Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra announced the results and rankings of Satisfaction Index of Public Administrative Services (SIPAS) in 2024 and the Public Administration Reform Index in 2024 of the People's Committees of centrally-run cities and provinces (PAR INDEX).
The SIPAS index in 2024 reached an average of 83.94%, up by 1.28% compared to 2023. The PAR INDEX in 2024 of provinces and cities continued to maintain positive growth, reaching 88.37%, up by 1.39% compared to 2023. This is also the second consecutive time that 63/63 localities have achieved a PAR INDEX of over 80%.
In Khanh Hoa Province, the PAR INDEX reached 90.49%, ranking 10th out of 63 provinces and cities, up 4 places compared to 2023 and among the 13 provinces and cities with a PAR INDEX above 90%. Its SIPAS index reached 83.66%, ranking 30th out of 63 provinces and cities and up 13 places compared to 2023.
The results showed the great efforts of Khanh Hoa authorities in advancing administrative reform and enhancing public services.
