Architectural design competition for Khanh Hoa General Hospital

Khanh Hoa Provincial Architects' Association has just announced an architectural design competition for Khanh Hoa General Hospital as a regional hospital in the South Central area.

The competition is open to qualified organizations and individuals at home and abroad with architectural expertise and experience. The application is available from June 20 to 4:00 p.m. on June 27. Results are expected to be announced in the third quarter of 2025. There will be 1 first prize worth VND500 million; 1 second prize worth VND300 million; 1 third prize worth VND100 million; and 2 consolation prizes, each worth VND50 million.

The project to build Khanh Hoa General Hospital as the highest-level hospital in the South Central Coast region has a capital of VND4,450 billion. The 1,500-bed hospital will ensure advanced healthcare services in Khanh Hoa Province and some other provinces and cities in the South Central Coast region, reducing patient overload at central hospitals.

The hospital will be built at Khanh Hoa Provincial New Administrative Center, Park and Urban Area, 11.2ha, in Vinh Thai Commune, Nha Trang City. The project is scheduled to be implemented until 2030.
