To mark President Ho Chi Minh’s 135th birthday (May 19, 1890 – 2025), delegates of the Party Executive Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front of Khanh Hoa Province and Cam Ranh City attended a thurification ceremony and laid wreaths at Uncle Ho Statue, 18-10 Park, Cam Ranh City on May 19.

Present at the event were Nghiem Xuan Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial People’s Committee; Tran Thu Mai, Member of Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Party Committee, Chairperson of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Agencies; Le Huu Hoang, Member of Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Party Committee, Standing Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee; Luong Duc Hai, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Home Affairs; Lu Thanh Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Cam Ranh City Party Committee; and Tran Hoa Nam, Vice-Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee.

At the ceremony, representatives reviewed the biography, life and great contributions to the Vietnamese revolutionary movements of President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader of the Vietnam Party and revolution, the national liberation hero, and the world cultural celebrity. He left behind heritages of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology and values of Ho Chi Minh’s revolutionary morality. Cam Ranh was honored to welcome President Ho Chi Minh in a historical event that Uncle Ho came to Cam Ranh Bay on November 18, 1946.
