Consul General of Malaysia in Ho Chi Minh City visits Khanh Hoa

On June 9, Le Huu Hoang, Member of Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Party Committee, Standing Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial People’s Committee welcomed Firdauz Bin Othman, Consul General of Malaysia in Ho Chi Minh City along with members of the delegation on the working visit to in Khanh Hoa.

At the reception, Le Huu Hoang expressed his delight at Firdauz Bin Othman’s participation in the 2025 Sea Culture and Tourism Festival. Le Huu Hoang suggested Firdauz Bin Othman would provide support and a link to develop the Halal industry; promote tourism activities between the two sides; and enhance cooperation in other potential fields such as digital transformation, renewable energy, high-tech agriculture, etc.

Firdauz Bin Othman expressed his admiration for the 2025 Sea Culture and Tourism Festival hosted by Khanh Hoa Province and shared his hope that Malaysia would have an opportunity to participate in some of its activities in the coming years. Additionally, Firdauz Bin Othman recognized the significant potential for cooperation between Khanh Hoa Province and Malaysia, particularly in the tourism sector.

Firdauz Bin Othman promised to make efforts to provide a link for Malaysian localities, businesses and investors to explore investment and business cooperation opportunities in Khanh Hoa. He also expressed his commitment to supporting the province’s participation in Halal industry–related events.
