Nearly 1,300 attend July flag ceremony

Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee held the July flag ceremony at 2-4 Square, Nha Trang City on July 1.

Present at the event were Nghiem Xuan Thanh, Central Party Committee Member, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Duc Thanh, Central Party Committee Member, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Khac Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People’s Council; Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province; Pham Van Hau, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; and Ho Xuan Truong, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.

Also attending the ceremony were Nguyen Tan Tuan, former Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; leaders of the National Assembly Delegation of the province; Provincial People’s Council, Provincial People’s Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; former leaders of the Provincial People’s Committee; leaders of local departments and agencies; armed forces and nearly 1,300 representatives from State agencies and armed forces in Khanh Hoa Province.

The flag ceremony themed Khanh Hoa Steadily Steps into a New Era holds special significance, marking a historic milestone as the entire country officially implements the two-tier local government system, advancing toward a modern, innovative and citizen-centered administration.

Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh called upon the Party Committees, authorities, socio-political organizations, cadres, Party members and people from all walks of life in the province to uphold revolutionary traditions, foster aspirations and unite in building a strong, thriving Khanh Hoa, contributing to the era of national flourishing development.

Nearly 1,300 delegates are present at the flag ceremony.
