Patrols have been maintained in key areas to promptly respond to emergencies and enforce the law. Lieutenant Colonel Pham Tien Phong, Head of Phuoc Dinh Commune Police, stated that despite the commune’s vast area, which stretches along the coastline and features complex terrain, the local police force has worked in close coordination with provincial police, grassroots security and order teams, and the commune militia. The joint efforts have focused on conducting patrols during peak hours and nighttime to ensure public safety in the area.
Lieutenant Colonel Luong Van Tinh, Head of the Crime Prevention Team of North Nha Trang Ward Police, said the ward police force has overcome difficulties to complete assigned tasks, contributing to maintaining local order and security.

Provincial police leaders emphasized that the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2) is a significant national event, demanding the highest standards of security and public order. Strictly implementing the orders from the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, the provincial police have developed a comprehensive plan, mobilized maximum forces and means and closely coordinated with agencies to ensure absolute safety and security for the anniversary activities, working delegations of Party and State leaders as well as important political, cultural and social events.

The provincial police focus on assessing actual situations from the grassroots, deploying forces on 24-hour duty; strengthening immigration management; combating incorrect and hostile views; and countering misinformation on social media.
Regarding crime prevention and control, the Provincial Police deployed measures to attack and resolutely suppress all types of crime, especially high-tech crime, thefts and robberies at commemorative activities, festivals, tourist sites, business establishments, bus stations, railway stations and airports.
Efforts to ensure traffic order and safety have been implemented, including measures to regulate traffic flow along key routes. Public awareness campaigns, inspections, and fire prevention, rescue, and relief operations have all been reinforced. Security has also been tightened at correctional facilities in conjunction with the amnesty granted on the occasion of National Day.
These measures aim to maintain a safe and healthy environment, contributing to the successful organization of National Day (September 2) celebrations and bringing lasting joy to both residents and visitors.

On August 29, the Provincial People's Committee issued a document directing the Provincial Police, the Provincial Military Command, departments, organizations; People's Committees of communities and special zone and relevant agencies to strictly implement the Official Dispatch 145/CD-TTg dated August 24, 2025 by the Prime Minister to enhance public order, security, environmental sanitation, and health during the National Day holiday (September 2).
