HHO-05 Social Housing Project approved

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has approved in principle the HHO-05 Social Housing Project (Hacom Galacity).

Accordingly, the project covers over 5,167m2 at 120 Dien Bien Phu Street (North Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province) with a construction floor area of over 47,542m2 consisting of 1 basement and 23 floors, including 528 apartments, 25m2 to 70m2 each. The project has a total investment of over VND770 billion with an operation period of 50 years (from the date the project assigned to the investor).

The project investor selection is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2025; followed by investment preparation from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of 2025; and construction of technical infrastructures from the first quarter of 2026 to the fourth quarter of 2027.

This project investor selection is in accordance to the provisions of Resolution No. 201 of the National Assembly on piloting specific mechanisms and policies for social housing development and the Government's Decree detailing articles and measures to implement Resolution No. 201.
