Humanitarian fund boxes placed at post offices

Khanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross Society, jointly with Khanh Hoa Provincial Post Office has just opened humanitarian fund boxes located at post offices, including Khanh Hoa Post Office, Cam Ranh Post Office, Dien Khanh Post Office, Cam Lam Post Office, Khanh Vinh Post Office, Khanh Son Post Office and collected more than VND32 million for charity.

The money will be used to carry out humanitarian assistance activities such as supporting orphans, lonely elderly people, those with disabilities, households in financial problems, affected by natural disasters, epidemics, etc.

The Provincial Red Cross Society will continue to coordinate with Khanh Hoa Provincial Post Office to open humanitarian fund boxes at the remaining post offices this August. This activity is part of the coordination program between the Central Committee of Vietnam Red Cross Society and Vietnam Post Corporation. 

Since 2019, humanitarian donation boxes have been placed at post offices in Khanh Hoa Province, making it easier for everyone to join the donations, helping to foster a spirit of mutual support, kindness and community cooperation.
