Israeli Ambassador to Vietnam visits Khanh Hoa Newspaper, Radio and Television

Yaron Mayer, Israeli Ambassador to Vietnam, visited Khanh Hoa Newspaper, Radio and Television on August 18 on a working trip to Khanh Hoa Province. Present at the event was Editor-in-Chief Thai Thi Le Hang together with Vice-Editors-in-Chief and other senior staff members.

At the meeting, Editor-in-Chief Thai Thi Le Hang thanked Ambassador Yaron Mayer’s interest in Khanh Hoa Province in general and the provincial journalism in particular. She gave an overview of the local journalism and hoped to continue receiving the support from Ambassador in connecting the press agencies of Khanh Hoa Province with those of Israel to enhance cooperation for better propaganda and promote the destination of the two countries, Khanh Hoa Province and Israel.

Ambassador Yaron Mayer thanked Khanh Hoa Newspaper, Radio and Television for their warm welcome and highlighted the Vietnam–Israel diplomatic relation have seen strong cooperation in education, high-tech agriculture, innovation, and startups over the past 30 years.

Ambassador Yaron Mayer also noted that Khanh Hoa Province has a lot of potential for development cooperation with Israel, especially in the fields of tourism, fisheries and education. Currently, some Israeli investment projects are being implemented effectively in Khanh Hoa Province. Ambassador Yaron Mayer affirmed his commitment to fostering connections with Israeli investors and expressed hope for a direct flight between Israel and Khanh Hoa to boost travel and cooperation. On this occasion, he also extended an invitation to the Editorial Board of Khanh Hoa Newspaper, Radio, and Television to visit Israel in the near future.
