With the approval of the Politburo, as stated in Official Dispatch No. 17667 dated September 16, 2025, from the Central Party Office, the 1st Congress of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term is scheduled to take place on September 21 - 23, 2025.

In strict accordance with the Central Committee’s policy on practicing thrift, as directed by the Politburo and the Secretariat in Conclusion No. 191-KL/TW dated September 12, 2025, Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Committee respectfully informs all agencies and localities that congratulatory flower arrangements will not be accepted for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025–2030.
