Messages from 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress

The 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, took place on September 21 - 23, 2025, marking a significant political event, engaging the entire Party Committee, residents and armed forces throughout Khanh Hoa Province.

Embodying the spirit of "solidarity, democracy, discipline, responsibility, breakthrough and development," the Congress devoted significant time to reviewing the documents of the Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress. Delegates engaged in enthusiastic and thoughtful discussions, offering valuable insights and contributions to the Congress documents, the draft Resolution, and the Action Program to implement the Congress Resolution; the Report synthesizing the opinions of the Provincial Party Committee on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

On that basis, the congress unanimously approved the Political Report, Report on reviewing the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term; the Resolution, Action Program to implement the Congress Resolution and the Report synthesizing opinions of the Provincial Party Committee on the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.

The greatest achievement of the Congress was its strong consensus in both will and action, aligning viewpoints, goals, targets, tasks, breakthroughs, and strategic solutions to unlock Khanh Hoa Province’s full potential. By optimizing resources and leveraging the province’s unique advantages in the South Central Coastal region, the Congress laid a solid foundation for transformative development with the goal to elevate Khanh Hoa into a centrally-governed city marked by sustained double-digit growth in GRDP, budget revenue, and per capita income; ensuring a prosperous, peaceful, and happy society with a high standard of living.

With the satisfactory results, the 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress has been a resounding success, reflecting the will and aspirations of the entire Party Committee and the people, leaving a strong impression on cadres, Party members and residents across the province.

The success of the Congress is, first and foremost, attributed to the profound and comprehensive guidance of the Central Committee, particularly the direct leadership of the Politburo and its Working Group. It also reflects the meticulous, methodical, and well-coordinated preparation carried out by the sub-committees, support units, the Party Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee of the 2020–2025 term.

In addition, the success of the Congress was shaped by the enthusiastic and responsible contributions of provincial leaders, central departments, ministries, branches, organizations, experts, scientists, cadres, Party members, and citizens from all walks of life across the province. It represents the convergence and crystallization of collective wisdom and tireless effort from the entire Party Committee, the people, and the armed forces of Khanh Hoa Province, united by a deep commitment to provincial development. The success of the Congress marks the starting point. Its true value lies in turning the resolution into reality: advancing provincial development and enhancing both the material and spiritual well-being of the people.

The Congress urges cadres, Party members, entrepreneurs, and citizens from all walks of life across the province to uphold revolutionary traditions, unite in solidarity, and ignite a spirit of self-reliance and aspiration for development. With strong determination and unwavering effort, the entire political system and the people are joining efforts to achieve the goals, targets, and tasks outlined in the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress.

The key task right after the Congress is to strive to exceed the socio-economic targets for the 4th quarter and the year of 2025, creating rapid and strong improvement from the beginning of 2026, the first year of the implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress. That is the foundation and driving force for Khanh Hoa to enter a new phase of development, becoming a growth pole of the country and a centrally-governed city characterized by a high standard of living, peace, and happiness, contributing to the country’s overall advancement.
