Over VND1 bil donated in support of Cuban people

According to Khanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross on September 11, more than VND1 billion has been donated by individuals, organizations and agencies in Khanh Hoa Province to support Cuban people.

This initiative follows a nationwide campaign launched in August by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross, marking the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cuba. In response, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross issued an open letter to local agencies and promoted the campaign through media channels.

Remarkably, on August 27, the Provincial Red Cross held a launching ceremony for agencies, organizations, businesses and individuals in the province donating nearly VND800 million in total.
