Work starts on Hacom Ocean City Social Housing Project

The groundbreaking ceremony for Hacom Ocean City Social Housing Project was held at Binh Son - Ninh Chu coastal urban area (Dong Hai Ward) on September 20 by Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company. This is one of the key projects to mark the 1st Congress of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

The Hacom Ocean City Social Housing Project is built on an area of ​​nearly 30ha with a total investment of more than VND2,800 billion, including 8 high-rise apartment buildings with 2,300 apartments designed to accommodate approximately 5,600 residents. The architectural design emphasizes modernity and cohesion, blending seamlessly with the surrounding green landscape and integrated technical infrastructure equipped with essential utilities such as kindergartens, community living areas, commercial service areas, sports areas and parks to enhance quality of life, especially for families and individuals, contributing to the overall development of the province. The project is expected to be completed and handed over on September 30, 2027.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice-Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Huyen emphasized that the construction not only housing needs of low-income individuals, workers, and policy beneficiary families in Khanh Hoa Province, but also plays a pivotal role in the implementation of the scheme "Investing in the construction of at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period 2021 - 2030" of the Government and Resolution No. 01-NQ/TU of the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee toward the target of double-digit economic growth in the period 2025 - 2030.
