Khanh Hoa Power Company’s youth: Innovation and volunteer dedication

The Youth Union of Khanh Hoa Power Company has consistently affirmed the vital role, intelligence and enthusiasm of young people. Working alongside company leadership and staff, its young members have contributed to achieving production and business goals while upholding a strong commitment to the community.

The Youth Union of Khanh Hoa Power Company inaugurates a project to celebrate the Youth Union Congress at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

According to Tran Ngoc Sang, Secretary of the Youth Union of Khanh Hoa Power Company, the company has 75 Youth Union members. The Youth Union consistently plays a vital role in cultivating revolutionary ideals, ethical values, and legal awareness among young people. It remains committed to building a strong, dynamic Union, serving as a pioneering force in all activities.

To advance the goal of digital transformation to enhance production and business efficiency, apply science and technology, improve operational efficiency, and ensure safe and stable power supply, the youth union members in the company have taken the lead in driving comprehensive digital initiatives, particularly in technical management, system operations, and strategic investment in smart grid infrastructure built on digital platforms.

100% of documents, records, and customer contracts have been digitized. The digitized data is standardized, ensuring accuracy and consistency. The digital transformation process has become a crucial driving force helping the company improve production and business efficiency, meeting the provincial socio-economic development. Furthermore, in response to the youth creativity campaigns, many young employees have developed initiatives and solutions to improve production and business efficiency.

Regarding volunteering, the youth of Khanh Hoa Power Company have organized numerous practical and meaningful volunteer activities in developing new rural areas and civilized urban areas; protecting the environment and responding to climate change; Youth Month; "Gratitude” activities; voluntary blood donation, etc.

In addition, the Youth Union of Khanh Hoa Power Company has actively implemented a variety of meaningful youth-led projects. Notably, in 2022, members supported the repair of household electrical systems for 70 families and promoted safe, economical electricity usage in the former Bac Ai District. In 2023, as part of the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, they installed 12 solar-powered streetlights spanning approximately 600 meters in the former My Binh Ward, Phan Rang – Thap Cham City. In 2024, they installed 25 solar-powered streetlights covering about 2.5 kilometers in Ninh Phuoc District. Alongside these initiatives, the Youth Union has maintained vibrant cultural and artistic activities among members and employees, fostering solidarity, mutual support, and a spirited atmosphere of labor and productivity, contributing significantly to the successful completion of the company’s assigned tasks.

Do Nguyen Hung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Khanh Hoa Power Company, affirmed that the company's Youth Union members consistently demonstrate a pioneering spirit, advance the application of science and technology, play a vital role in fulfilling the company's production and business objectives, contributing to enhancing the reliability of electricity supply, and effectively serving the local socio-economic development.

Through emulation movements, the Youth Union organization has discovered and nurtured many outstanding members, many of whom have been recommended for admission to the Communist Party. With these achievements, the Youth Union of Khanh Hoa Power Company has been recognized as an excellent unit over many consecutive years.

In the coming time, the Youth Union of Khanh Hoa Power Company will continue to promote the dynamism and creativity of young people, provide consultancy for the Party Committee and Board of Directors to organize suitable activities to attract the Youth Union members to join and strengthen the Union. In addition, the Union will also promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology and ethics, promptly recognize and reward outstanding individuals, and focus on developing the political awareness, professional competence, and technical skills of its members. These efforts aim to ensure that young people remain a driving force, proficient in science and technology, and worthy of their pioneering role in advancing the company’s production, business, and political missions.
