On September 29, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 4636 on improving the digital transformation assessment index (DTI) of Khanh Hoa Province in 2025 and the following years.

The general goal of the plan is to strive for the provincial DTI index in 2025 to be in the top 20 provinces and cities nationwide and gradually raise its position by at least 1 or 2 ranks annually, with the objective of reaching the top 10 by 2030, ensuring that by 2030 it will be in the top 10 provinces and cities leading in DTI index according to Resolution No. 01 of the Provincial Party Committee on double-digit economic growth in the period 2025 – 2030; and strengthening the role and responsibility of leaders of the Party committees at all levels, the direction and management of local authorities, the coordination in digital transformation, especially in identifying key criteria and tasks, focusing resources on promoting the implementation and creating highlights in the provincial digital transformation activities.
The plan also identifies specific goals in improving the provincial DTI in 2025 and the following years, as well as outlines key tasks and strategic solutions in the provincial digital transformation direction and management.
