On the afternoon of October 17, Nguyen Long Bien, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice-Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had a working session with Pacific Construction Group (China) on cooperation in infrastructure projects in the province. At the meeting, Nguyen Long Bien gave an overview of the provincial strategies and called for investment in the province, focusing on 4 pillars of economic driving force, including energy industry, especially clean energy, renewable energy; tourism and high-quality services; modern, smart, sustainable urban and construction; science, technology and digital transformation.

The group representative stated that they are considering partnerships with major corporations and companies in Vietnam to jointly explore and develop potential sectors. They also committed to bringinging high-quality products to the locality. Furthermore, the group expressed interest in promoting investment through the Build-Transfer-Operate (BTO) model.
Permanent Vice-Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Long Bien affirmed the province’s commitment to creating the most favorable conditions for business investment and expressed hope that the group would promptly respond to the province’s calls for investment in key projects.
