Nghiem Xuan Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, welcomed Nghiem Gioi Hoa, a founder of the Pacific Construction Group (China) on October 17. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nghiem Xuan Thanh gave an overview of the province and expressed strong appreciation for the potential of Pacific Construction Group. He conveyed hopes that the group would undertake projects in the fields of industry, energy, transport infrastructure and construction; contributing to promoting the provincial socio-economic development, as well as fostering cooperation between the two sides.

Nghiem Gioi Hoa stated that he has collaborated with several leading Vietnamese enterprises to implement infrastructure investment projects across various localities. He expressed high appreciation for the potential and advantages of Khanh Hoa province in attracting investment and advancing the development, construction, operation, and management of infrastructure projects such as bridges, highways, urban railways, ports, industrial parks, and airports. Accordingly, the group expressed its desire to cooperate with the province and Vietnamese enterprises to carry out infrastructure projects, particularly those requiring substantial capital investment or involving complex technical and technological demands.
