15 tons of aid supplies and VND3b sent to flood-stricken Khanh Hoa

On November 22, Khanh Hoa Provincial Fatherland Front Committee received 15 tons of aid supplies, including instant noodles, cakes and drinking water from the Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; VND3 billion from the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development to support Khanh Hoa residents affected by the recent floods.

The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has mobilized supermarkets and cargo trucks to distribute food to heavily flooded localities.

Up to now, 7,750 boxes of necessities, containing instant noodles, dry food, cakes, sausages, milk, drinking water have been delivered to the following localities, namely Tay Nha Trang, Bac Nha Trang, Ninh Hoa, Phan Rang, Bao An, Dong Hai, Nam Ninh Hoa, Hoa Thang, Tan Dinh, Tay Ninh Hoa, Dien Tho, Dien Lac, Phuoc Hau, Thuan Bac, Phuoc Dinh, Khanh Vinh, Tay Khanh Vinh, Trung Khanh Vinh, Nam Khanh Vinh, etc.

The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee is urgently assessing emergency relief needs and mobilizing Youth Union members along with university and college students to ensure timely distribution of goods to those in need.
