JANZZ.Technology (Switzerland) proposes piloting Integrated Labor Market Solution in Khanh Hoa

Nguyen Thanh Ha, Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, had a meeting on September 29 with Stefan Winzenried, Founder, CEO of JANZZ.Technology Company (Switzerland) on the pilot implementation of the project “Integrated Labor Market Solutions - JANZZilms!”

At the meeting, JANZZ.technology representatives gave an overview of their Integrated Labor Market Solution and proposed plans to pilot it in Khanh Hoa Province. The project will support the operation of a comprehensive, long-term, and sustainable labor market system with the following objectives: Connecting labor supply and demand; developing skills and career orientation for workers; forecasting and planning labor market policy for management agencies; creating an ecosystem of connectivity between enterprises, training institutions and workers. JANZZ.technology will implement the project over a period of 12 to 18 months, covering 100% of the costs, which total USD300,000.

Concluding the meeting, Nguyen Thanh Ha affirmed that the integrated labor market solution JANZZilms! aligns well with the Central Government’s policy on digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance provincial management and socio-economic development. The Provincial People's Committee will establish a dedicated working group to engage in detailed discussions withJANZZ.technology.. Based on the outcomes of these discussions, a comprehensive report will be submitted to the Committee’s leadership for consideration and decision-making.
