In emergencies, Zalo users can tap the banner to send their information such as their exact locations, contact numbers and the dangers they are facing. The SOS application will compile the information and display them on a map with pinned locations of those who need help. Rescue units can access this data to contact the people in need of help.
This SOS application provides a practical solution to improve the efficiency of rescue efforts for people affected by the severe flooding.
