Thunderstorms may bring dangerous conditions, including tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts. Authorities caution that rainfall could last until the end of November 7, increasing the risk of flooding and other hazards.
A flood warning has also been issued for rivers in the region. From this afternoon through tomorrow, water levels are forecast to rise, reaching flood alert levels 2 to 3. The Cai Nha Trang River is expected to peak at alert levels 1 to 2, with the highest surge likely on November 7.
Officials warn of potential flash floods and landslides in mountainous terrain, threats to reservoir safety, and flooding in low-lying areas, riverbanks, and urban zones throughout Khanh Hoa Province.
