Groundbreaking ceremony for Cam Ranh Bay urban area project

Cam Ranh Bay urban area project was officially launched in Bac Cam Ranh Ward on December 19 morning. This is a large-scale project with significant importance for Khanh Hoa Province’s development. It is also one of the key projects selected for nationwide groundbreaking and inauguration to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party.

Cam Ranh Bay urban area project project is invested by Vinhomes Joint Stock Company, Cam Ranh Investment Joint Stock Company, and VinES Energy Solutions Joint Stock Company. The project has a total area of over 1,254 hectares, accommodates a population of 230,779 people, 8,474 terraced houses, 10,732 villas, and 19,816 social houses. The project aims to become a sustainable urban that adapts to natural conditions and climate change, providing a powerful economic stimulus for Cam Ranh region in particular and Khanh Hoa Province in general.
