In a solemn atmosphere, members of the delegation of Khanh Hoa province and the Russian Federation laid wreaths and observed a minute of silence to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs of the two countries who devoted their lives to world peace and to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Vietnam.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Pham Thi Xuan Trang extended her gratitude to Andrey Vladimirovich Yatskin and the Russian Federation delegation for their working visit to Khanh Hoa and their timely support to residents affected by the floods. She also expressed her hope that, in the coming time ahead, the Russian Federation delegation will continue to visit and support Vietnam in general and Khanh Hoa Province in particular, contributing to deepening the solidarity and friendship between the two countries and their peoples.
