Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has just issued Regulations on coordination to support tourists and travelers in the province. The document, consisting of three chapters and sixteen articles, outlines the scope of assistance, the process for receiving feedback and the responsibilities of relevant agencies in handling tourist-related issues.

Under these Regulations, tourists who encounter incidents will receive comprehensive support. This includes ensuring the safety, health, and property; providing emergency relief and rescue services; offering guidance on administrative procedures in cases of robbery, theft, or loss of personal documents; resolving complaints related to service quality, pricing, and transaction disputes; and addressing problems such as aggressive peddling or fraud.
To strengthen protection of tourists’ rights and improve service quality, Khanh Hoa has established a 24/7 information reception and processing system. Visitors can reach the support center through hotline \2258* or via the official website ttdhsdl.khanhhoa.gov.vn. The Center for Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion serves as the main contact point for receiving and processing information from tourists.
The Regulations also set clear principles and responsibilities for coordination among departments, sectors, commune-level People’s Committees, and related agencies. In urgent cases, leaders are required to dispatch officers to the scene within 30 minutes of receiving a hotline notification.
This initiative aims to build a safe, civilized, and friendly tourism environment, ensuring that visitors feel secure and well-supported during their stay in Khanh Hoa.
