Present at the event were Thai Thi Le Hang, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Senior Colonel Tran Minh Truc, Deputy Director of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Public Security; leaders from Khanh Hoa’s press agencies; representatives from departments, sectors, local authorities, agencies, as well as the team in charge of the system research and development.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Colonel Tran Minh Truc stated that the launch of the "Khanh Hoa Travel Assistance" system, designed to provide legal and safety support for international tourists in the province, is a significant event. It marks a milestone in the application of science, technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence (AI) to ensure security and public order while serving both local residents and international visitors.

Through this platform, travelers can easily access essential information, receive multilingual support, obtain legal guidance and safety instructions, and quickly connect with authorities in case of emergencies. The integration of AI, digital data, and smart routing systems will enhance the efficiency of information processing, shorten response time, and support the police in maintaining security and public order more effectively.

The system is more than a technological solution; it reflects the vision of a Khanh Hoa police force that is standardized, elite, modern, and close to the people. At the same time, it helps shape Khanh Hoa’s image as a safe, friendly, and modern destination for tourists.

Reportedly, the "Khanh Hoa Travel Assistance" system, designed to provide legal and safety support for international tourists, will be integrated into the Khanh Hoa Digital Tourism Platform.

The Khanh Hoa Travel Assistance system, created to provide legal support and ensure safety for international visitors, represents a pioneering “soft infrastructure” that links tourist safety with destination management. Its standout feature is instant access: travelers simply scan a QR code at airports, hotels, or attractions to open the system in their browser, with no app required. The interface automatically switches among 5 languages (Vietnamese, English, Chinese, Korean, and Russian), making it easy for foreign visitors to use.

Leaders of the Provincial Police, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Khanh Hoa news agencies present flowers to congratulate the team responsible for the system developmennt.

The platform features a Hybrid AI assistant that combines language models with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve artificial intelligence responses and understand natural queries, but is strictly limited to a vetted legal database to prevent any fabrication of regulations or penalties. It also offers smart SOS reporting and routing: in cases such as lost property, accidents, or missing passports, the system gathers key details, images, and GPS coordinates, then automatically forwards the case to the nearest police.

The platform provides 50 safety tips and a library of legal guidelines on residence registration, traffic rules, and asset protection, helping visitors comply with Vietnamese law from the start. By making safety a competitive advantage, it strengthens local tourism. At the same time, service providers gain a standardized tool to support guests, reducing risks from errors or delayed responses.
