Yasaka-Saigon-Nhatrang Hotel has just received an ancient house owned by Hai Thai in Suoi Tien Commune, Dien Khanh District to restore with an investment capital of 6 billion VND.
The 100- year-old house has an area of 300m2. The house is in bad damage as a result of long- time abandonment. The restoration work is expected to be complete by November 2009.
