Vinaconex - UPGC Investment & Trading Joint-stock Company began construction of a tenement for low-income earners in Vinh Diem Trung Urban Area, Nha Trang City on October 16 with a capital of nearly 70 billion VND.
The tenement includes two 7-storey buildings and a basement. Each building has 177 flats, 54-70m2 each. Director Nguyen Khanh Toan says the expected price is 6 million VND/m2. The construction is scheduled to put into operation in Quarter II/ 2011.
