To create better conditions for organizations and individuals in work relationship, the Department of Planning and Investment of Khanh Hoa Province has been promoting administrative reforms during the past time.
The provincial Department of Planning and Investment has been building a project to strengthen its whole apparatus to promote managing ability and administrative reform. All organizations as well as individuals can find out about investment opportunities and procedures in the province via this website.
In 2009, the department has activated online business registration and submitted a draft regulation on simultaneous issuance of business registration certificate, tax code and seal registration to the provincial People’s Committee.

With this simultaneous issuance, organizations and individuals who want to register business only have to hand in a file to the department and then they will be granted business registration certificate as well as tax code at the same time. Then, time of business registration certificate and tax code issuance has been reduced to 5 days from 9 days.
