Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has just sent a document on flood relief work for Attapeu, Laos to the Provincial Fatherland Front of Vietnam
Accordingly, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has instructed the Provincial Fatherland Front of Vietnam to extract 50 million VND from the provincial fund for flood victims to help Laos people affected by Ketsana flood.
