Khanh Son has just invested over 1.1 billion VND on main crop seeds. 24,000 “nghe” jackfruit, 400,000 “may nep” and more than 6,000 durian trees have been cultivated so far. 400 million VND has been spent on “nghe” Jackfruit, 550 million VND on “may nep” and 150 million VND on durian trees .
The investment capital comes from the price support expenditure and the gardening industry development project. The District Bureau of Agriculture & Rural Development in cooperation with authorities has held farming courses for local peasants.
