The 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Ethnic Minority Representative Congress was held at Khanh Hoa Center of Culture (46 Tran Phu, Nha Trang) on December 18, drawing an attendance of 250 outstanding ethnic minority people.
Medals for the cause of ethnic minority development and certificates of merit were rewarded to outstanding leaders, organizations and individuals. The two-day national congress is scheduled to take place in mid-May 2010.
