In association with France’s AVEED (Friends of Vietnamese Children In Danger), the Department of Labor, Invalids & Social Affairs has just rewarded grants to poor children in Khanh Hoa Province.
67 children were offered scholarships and allowances worth VND40.2 million in total in January and February, 2010. Each child received a monthly grant of VND300,000.
