Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation on January 28 held a ceremony to hand over houses worth VND53 million in total to 4 poor workers in the two districts of Cam Lam and Dien Khanh.
Earlier, 17 houses had been provided to the poor on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2010.
