The Ministry of Natural Resources & Environment has just suggested that 20 provinces and cities nationwide join Earth Hour 2010. Nha Trang City will take part in the Earth Hour from 20.30 to 21.30 on March 27, 2010.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has instructed the People’s Committee of Nha Trang City to encourage Nha Trang residents to turn their lights off for one hour to make their stand against climate change.
Earth Hour is organized by WWF to raise public awareness of climate change. Earth Hour was first held in Vietnam in 2009.
