According to the Department of Agriculture & Rural Development, aquaculture farms in Khanh Hoa has covered some 950ha.
In the first two months, the local fishery yield reached 2.9 thousand tons including 450 tons of prawn, 1,000 tons of fresh seaweed, 400 tons of fish, 900 tons of mollusks, etc with an estimated production capacity of 450 million prawn breeders.
