Khanh Hoa Provincial Rehabilitation-Education Center for Disabled Children in cooperation with Ho Chi Minh City’s Dat Hua religious society has just donated 80 wheelchairs worth VND2 million each to the disabled in Khanh Hoa Province. Wheelchairs are really a boon to the physically disabled people who cannot walk or move.
