Index of Industrial Production (IPP) of Khanh Hoa Province in the first quarter of 2010 saw a 6.7% increase year-on-year.
IPP of State-own sector was up 7.65%, non-State sector’s: 5.5% up, foreign-invested sector’s: 1.06% down.
Some products with sharp increases in IPP were cigarettes (8.5%), frozen shrimps (28%), RS sugar (75%), beer (82%) and mineral water (14.1%).
Some products with decreases in IPP were ship repair, canoe (17%), rattan – bamboo chairs and wooden beds and wardrobes (21 – 75%).
