The long sunny weather from the beginning of the year till now has been favorable to salt production.
Till mid May, salt production of the whole province is 13,000 tons, reaching 40% of the year’s target.
Current salt price is between VND320 – 1,000 per kilogram. Industrial salt is priced between VND550 – 850 per kilogram.
