Khanh Hoa Province in the period of 2006 – 2009 mobilized a capital of VND31,817 billion for industrial development, an average increase of 30% per year. Of the sum, VND5,268 billion was from the State budget (16.6%), VND21,745 billion from non-State businesses (67.5%), VND1,600 billion from development investment credit (5.0%), VND1,435 billion from State-own businesses (4.5%) and VND2,039 billion from foreign direct investment (6.9%).

The capital mobilization was done in three main economic areas, those are Nha Trang and the adjacent areas with VND17,340 billion, Cam Ranh and the adjacent areas with 6,618 billion and Van Ninh – Ninh Hoa with VND7,859.
