91 pupils who are poor or handicapped but highly performing in the school year of 2009 – 2010 in Cam Ranh Township, Khanh Hoa Province was given scholarships worth VND300 each on August 26.
The scholarships are totally worth more than VND27 million, funded by the State budget of the township.
