Khanh Hoa Province received 180,000 tourists in August, 2010, including 40,900 foreign ones, reported the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The room capacity was 72.8%. The turnover of tourist businesses in the province in August was VND192 billion.
The number of tourists to the province in the past eight months rose to 1.2 million, including about 240,000 foreigners. The total turnover of tourism in eight months was VND1,208 billion, increasing by 12.3% year-on-year.
