Vice chairman of Khanh Hoa Province Le Xuan Than and President of Korea’s Kim Man-deok Commemorative Service Association Yang Won Chan on September 28 signed a memorandum on funding the construction of Khanh Hoa – JeJu Primary School in Cam Lam District, Khanh Hoa Province.

Accordingly, Kim Man-deok Commemorative Service Association will build a national-standard primary school named Khanh Hoa – JeJu in Suoi Lau Hamlet, Suoi Cat Commune, Cam Lam District. The construction is scheduled to have been finished by December 31, 2011. After that, the two sides will have some exchanges to create a good relationship between Khanh Hoa and JeJu.
